A true home from home

Our mission is to give owners, the peace of mind that when you leave your pet with us they will receive the best possible care. Our resort is located on over 13 acres of land in Hightown, Merseyside

We have over 11 acres of newly landscaped fields, which have been freshly installed. The 11 acres have been separated into 6 fully secured paddocks for exercise and training purposes.

Show Arounds

If you haven’t been to see our facilities yet, we are open from 9am-4pm Monday to Sunday for show arounds.

Unfortunately due to COVID-19 we are unable to do drop-in show arounds, please contact our reception on 0151 245 2865 to make an appointment for a show around. Whether you are looking for overnight boarding for your dog, daycare for while you’re at work, training, grooming or canine hydrotherapy.

Our expert team will talk you through our whole facility, hopefully putting your mind at ease.

We Are FULLY Licenced

On the 13th March 2019, we at The Pawfect Retreat received our boarding licence from Sefton Council. Every 2 years each facility is inspected again to ensure we are still meeting the same standards, and we are happy to announce we have been rewarded our licence for another 2 years!

We where honoured in 2019, that after all our hard work they awarded us the highest licence they could for a new business- 4 stars!! We are a fully licensed facility which can hold 108 dogs on our property at anyone time.

It is very important when boarding your dog at a facility whether it be over night or just at doggy daycare, you should always check that they are a licensed facility, which mean they meet strict high regulations in everything from the facilities themselves, to hygiene, to safety and even to the staff members caring for your dogs.
You can always check on the government website for the area you are in whether a facility is licensed or not, and if they aren’t on the register, be very careful!
